I was a little apprehensive before signing up but decided to try it out and it was definitely worth it! I ended up breaking my phone screen twice within a month of eachother and both claims were immediately processed and money sent to my account within a couple days. It really is as simple as just uploading a picture of the repair bill. Was well worth the money as I ended up saving hundreds of dollars in repairs!

Can't activate my plan after purchase. Tried to reach out but nobody helped. It has been more than a week after u purchased
I was really hesitant at first due to so many companies out there promising so much but when it comes to delivering it, they were far from advertised. However, I did trust Bounce and got the insurance. The sign up process was simple, it was very fast and I got covered instantly within a few minutes. The day my phone broke, I went and got my Samsung phone repaired from Mobile Klinik and sent the receipt to Bounce. It took less than a minute before I received a confirmation of receipt. I expected them to take a week or two and try to delay refunding me like so many other companies, but to my surprise I got my refund within 24 to 48 hours! Wow! I will be recommending you guys to everyone I know! Thank you for your amazing service!!
Thankfully havent had to use the service yet but the Customre Service seems quite good.
Easy to use online process to apply for product. The phone screen assessment which involves using your phone’s camera to take a pic of the phones screen via a mirror was a bit cumbersome. Had to tilt the phone at odd angles to fit the pic in the required window square. Several attempts required. My phone passed the assessment test using the app but did not relay the info correctly to bounce. It failed my screen test on a brand new iPhone 11. This held my activation for 30 days. However, I emailed bounce via the customer service link and it was corrected within 48hrs. Overall, the process to activate I would recommend. I haven’t had to make a claim to rate that process and hopefully I won’t have to

Had a few hiccups getting around the 30 day waiting period but had great customer service to resolve the issue!
Simple registration and claim process. Cheaper compared to blood suckers in the market.
Not sure how to give an honest review with out using the service first..signed up easily but the real test will be when my screen breaks and I need a new one out on.

Set up was super simple and as someone who breaks their screen at least twice a year the cost of the coverage is nothing in comparison to replacing the screen out of pocket. I've recommended this to all of my friends!
